Things That Make You Say WTF?!: Courtney Love Interprets "Jeremy" By Pearl Jam
You all know how I feel about Courtney Love, but this one was too terribly good to pass up. In this epic fail of a video, Love interprets Jeremy, a classic Pearl Jam cut, for the webonauts to enjoy (read: cringe). I did say that she interprets it since I can't in my right mind consider this singing.
I highly encourage you to watch the "hole" video...it's so awful and hilarious at the same time. The 3:00 mark is in my opinion the pinnacle of this performance. Courtney needs a serious "Old Yellering" as she clearly has rabies or is clinically insane.
Sound off on this debaucherous spectacle in the comments .

Friday Flashback - UK Pretty Boy Garage Edition
Craig David – Fill Me In
Do you guys remember Craig David? Whatever happened to this guy??
The Brit took the North American music scene by storm back around 2000-2001 with his soulful croon and boyish good looks on his debut album Born To Do It.
"Fill Me In," the album's first single, blended R&B with the “Garage” (also known as 2-Step) sound that was blowing up in the UK at the time (Garage is pronounced like it rhymes with "carriage")
I remember so many girls loving him off back then .... it was pretty annoying to tell you the truth!
I know he put out a couple more records after his debut, but not much has been heard from him in recent years. Reports indicate that a new record may surface this year.
We shall see...

Hip Hop Mafioso Turf War: Team Money VS Team Throne
Of all the beefs in the Hip Hop game right now, the Lil Wayne VS Jay-Z beef is proving to be the most interesting. Both sides have thrown jabs at each other, but no one has thrown a knock out punch. So, I'll do what P&B do and break it down with an analysis of these 2 crews to see who's Capo dei capi and who's the paisano:

Busted: Michael Jackson VS Ancient Egyptian Sculpture
![]() |
(Photo kinda via michael-jackson.wikia.com and artknowledgenews.com) |
The statue is dated between 1550 BC to 1050 BC, which is know as the New Kingdom Period, and actually depicts a woman. So the question is: Did the King of Pop get inspired by this artifact for his look? According to the museum, Jackson never passed through the joint and didn't see his Egyptian twin.

New Black Keys' Video: "Gold On The Ceiling"
When it comes to their music or otherwise, The Black Keys can be a divisive band around these parts. Evidence of this being shown by Paq's previous post on the group.
I, however, am diggin' the quality of their new video for 2nd single "Gold On The Ceiling," taken from their latest LP El Camino.
I can't tell you the last music video that I've actually liked. I almost feel like the music video is a dead artform. In fact, despite being a fan of their studio albums and live shows, I've never really enjoyed The Keys' previous videos either. To me, they have this certain awkward clumsiness to them that I'm just not feelin'.
But this latest clip focuses mostly on the band in live performance; a good portion of it is footage taken from their record release show at Webster Hall in NYC earlier this year.
It's so interesting to see a band hit a point in their career when it dawns on them that "hey, we're gettin' pretty big now, aren't we?" and I think this video captures that feeling.
